Services
Wilmington Mobile Auto Service provides mobile auto repair and maintenance services at customer-designated locations within our service area. We reserve the right to decline service if the requested work cannot be safely performed at the specified location.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices quoted are estimates based on typical repair costs and may vary based on actual parts required and vehicle condition.
- A final quote will be provided before any work begins.
- A minimum service call fee may apply and is due regardless of whether repairs are performed.
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Warranties
We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for work performed by Wilmington Mobile Auto Service. Warranty terms vary by service and will be explained at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or failure to properly maintain the vehicle.
Service Location Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible location for service. The service area must:
- Be reasonably level and stable
- Have adequate space for the vehicle and our service equipment
- Be accessible during the scheduled service time
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability
Wilmington Mobile Auto Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
