›Where do you work on the car?
Right where it's parked — driveway, office parking lot, or safe street parking. We bring the tools, parts, and know-how to you.
›How does payment work?
A $25 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to your total. The remaining balance is settled after the job — with your saved card or on-site.
›What if you find something else wrong?
We'll show you, explain it, and quote it before touching anything. Nothing gets done without your OK.
›What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
›What if it rains?
Light weather doesn't stop us. If conditions make the job unsafe, we'll reschedule you first thing — no penalty, deposit intact.
›Is the diagnostic fee really applied to the repair?
Yes. Book the $95 diagnostic and, if you have us do the repair, that $95 comes off the repair price.
